You need to be a USSF Certified Referee for the current year
2. You will need to have your SRA (click here to find your SRA) e-mail Arizona SRA and myself - that you are in good standing, have met the license requirements from US Soccer, have completed safe sport and a background check, and have permission to travel.
Please have this done as soon as possible.
Out of Country Referees wanting to Referee in Arizona-
1. letter from each officials federation confirming grade level, they are currently certified and it must be on the
federation letterhead
2. copy of each officials passport
3. US Soccer completed form
4. US Soccer has also added the requirement for a background check/safesport
